Research Challenge Presentation

This exercise involves a brief semi-formal presentation of the 'research challenge" that each student faces in completing the RBA. Students talk and guide discussion for 5 to 7 minutes. They must prepare a one page handout to frame the discussion. The goal is to get the class involved in the research project and solicit feedback.

Activity title: Research Challenge Presentation

Activity brief description: This activity asks student to participate in a research workshop where each member of the classroom community will listen to each other's short presentations on each other's research ideas. Each student will be required to bring a one-page handout for their peers so that their peers can give appropriate feedback. The purpose of the activity is to give students practice with oral presentations and to take advantage of their peers' insights and ideas into developing their projects.
