Course: PWR 1 or PWR 2
Activity Schedule: Week 9
Activity details: As part of this activity, students read through an excerpt from Craft of Research, create a reverse outline, identify and then explore counterarguments, and then reflect on their work in relation to next steps for their RBA.
Access the student-facing handout here.
Additional notes from Jenne: I can't really take full credit for this one: I combined reverse outlining with Erik’s counterargument workshop to make a completely asynchronous class for the end of week 9. I thought the zoom break would be nice for the students, but I think they might have needed the motivation of meeting together to really make a good effort toward the activities.
